Om museet

Dinópolis is a theme park dedicated to paleontology in the city of Teruel, promoted by the Government of Aragón. The Fundación Conjunto Paleontológico de Teruel-Dinópolis was founded in 1998 as the driving force behind the project, with the mission of preparing educational content on paleontology, advising on exhibition content, and researching and conserving palaeontological heritage. Since 2011 the foundation has been recognised as the Museo Aragonés de Paleontología, which forms part of the park's offer.

The museum offers a journey through geological time with original specimens and replicas of the main fossil groups. The Sala Mundo Acuático brings together original fossils such as the Rana de Libros and a replica of an Elasmosaurus; the Sala de los Dinosaurios shows remains of the great European dinosaur Turiasaurus riodevensis and almost complete skeletons of Europelta and Proa found in Ariño; and the Sala de los Mamíferos presents fossils of herbivores and carnivores from Teruel, as well as authentic skeletons of a mammoth and a cave bear.

Besides the museum, the park offers shows such as the T-Rex Show, themed tours by vehicle and by boat, a 4D simulator and 3D cinema, and outdoor areas. Its offer also includes other venues spread across the province of Teruel (Inhóspitak, Legendark, Región Ambarina, Bosque Pétreo, Mar Nummus, Titania and Valcaria), which are visited with a guide and whose admission can be combined with the park ticket.

Prices are “from” amounts and may vary by day; the ticket includes all the contents of the park in Teruel. With the combined ticket, the venues can be visited at any time during the 2026 season, on non-consecutive days. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

According to the park, access and the various contents are prepared for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not admitted, except guide dogs.
