Fait Gallery is a private gallery institution, whose founding was prompted by the Brno patriot Igor Fait. The gallery supports the development of contemporary art beyond the Czech and Central European context, and also campaigns for the support of private collecting in a city with a long collecting tradition. The concept of the exhibitions, the accompanying programmes and the operation were managed until mid-2025 by the director and chief curator Denisa Kujelová with her team.

From March 2016 the gallery was located in spacious premises at Ve Vaňkovce 2, where all its activities were concentrated. The exhibition plan included three parallel projects covering fine art of the 20th and 21st centuries, from established Czech artists to the youngest generation; recently the gallery focused on presenting its own collection. Until mid-2025 the gallery also included the Mutter Café and the ArtMap bookshop.

The collection includes works by Czech and foreign artists of the 20th and 21st centuries, for example by Josef Čapek, Emil Filla, Milan Grygar, Jiří Kolář, Jan Švankmajer and Alicja Kwade. The last exhibition at the previous address was Selection from the Collection of Fait Gallery II, which ended on 2 May 2026. In June 2026 the gallery at Ve Vaňkovce 2 ceased its activities because of a move to new premises.
