Air Park Zruč u Plzně

Opening hoursAdmission 200 Kč

About the museum

The owners have been rescuing and collecting aircraft and military equipment since 1990. The first exhibit, in 1992, was a Mi-8 helicopter; the site was originally based on an IL-14FG aircraft. In 2017 the museum celebrated 25 years of activity. Its founder is Karel Tarantík.

A Tu-104 stands at the entrance, its wings shading visitors’ cars, and the newest addition is the government aircraft Tu-154M. The collection consists of aircraft, helicopters, tanks, armoured transporters, guns, replicas and other objects.

The site is divided into a basic and a special section. The basic part is open to all visitors; the special section holds the more valuable exhibits and is intended mainly for experts and enthusiasts. The museum’s house rules are justified by the need to protect both visitors and exhibits.
