Have only individual sections read aloud
About the museum
The museum arose from the private collection of Cornelia and Rolf Urbild, who gathered dolls and toys over many years and gave the public a house in the Alte Gasse in Bad Münstereifel.
On two floors the exhibition shows dolls from different eras, including 18th-century wax dolls, porcelain, celluloid and composition dolls, and dolls by Käthe Kruse. There are also doll houses, doll rooms, toy shops, farms, knights' castles, tin soldiers and tin toys.
The house was damaged by the flood disaster of 14/15 July 2021; the town of Bad Münstereifel continues to list it as currently closed.
