About the museum
The Muzeum Motoryzacji “Motonostalgia” (Motor Museum “Motonostalgia”) lies right next to the Radziwiłł Palace in Nieborów and was established on the basis of the private collection of Wojciech Bury, a motoring enthusiast and manufacturer of agricultural machinery. The institution grew out of a passion for old vehicles and presents hundreds of exhibits from Poland and abroad.
The collections include passenger and commercial cars, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, tractors and agricultural machinery from the period from the 1930s to the PRL era (Polish People's Republic). Among the Polish vehicles are the Fiat 508, Podkowa, Sokół 1000, Syrena, Warszawa and Polonez; among the foreign ones are the Humber, Mustang, Pontiac, Renault, Ford and a Peugeot from 1919.
The collection is supplemented by two aircraft (PZL TS-11 Iskra and PZL-106 Kruk), posters, toys, promotional gadgets and objects from old households. The museum is open seasonally, and a restaurant for visitors operates nearby.
