Malé předínské muzeum
Small municipal museum in Předín with exhibitions on button-making, flax processing and gold mining, open at village events and by arrangement.

Over het museum
The idea of setting up a museum in Předín first appeared in 1959 at a meeting of pensioners who wanted to save the tools of the button-making craft, weaving equipment and everything that recalls the growing and processing of flax. At that time the plan could not be carried out. The museum opened only in 2009, when local people gathered relics of the village's past in order to preserve them for future generations.
It is housed in the building of the municipal office at no. 243. It most notably recalls button-making: from 1872 mother-of-pearl buttons were made in Předín, and this craft became the livelihood of many families. Another part of the exhibition shows how people lived in the past, especially in the cultivation and processing of flax. A separate exhibition is devoted to the history of gold mining around Hory, where gold was panned and mined as early as the Middle Ages.

- Expozice knoflíkářství – The exhibition recalls the production of mother-of-pearl buttons, which from 1872 sustained families in Předín, and shows the products and working methods of the button-makers.
- Expozice Jak se žilo – lnářství – Shows the cultivation and processing of flax and the everyday life of rural people in the 19th century.
- Expozice zlata – Presents the gold-bearing area between Opatov and Želetava and traces of medieval gold panning and mining around Hory.
