Over het museum
Murray's Motorcycle Museum describes itself as the oldest motorcycle museum on the Isle of Man and says it was established in 1964. It is a private collection built up over many years by its owner, and a tourist-board listing calls it a must-visit pit stop for fans of the TT and the Manx Grand Prix.
The collection includes more than 150 motorcycles, from machines of the late nineteenth century to modern race bikes, together with motorcycling memorabilia and photographs. The museum has had several homes on the island before settling again at Santon Villa, on the main road between Douglas and Ballasalla.
