About the museum
The Heimatstube Arzberg is located in the village's former school building. The house was built in 1902 in brick construction, lies centrally in the village and is considered a striking building of architectural and local historical significance.
Across two floors, the exhibition shows the village and municipal history. The focus is on the development of crafts and general village life, illustrated by selected craft exhibits. A separate area is devoted to the sports history of the region. A small library corner invites visitors to linger.
In the outdoor area stands an original miniature replica of the post mill (Bockwindmühle), which was once the landmark of Arzberg and remains so in memory.
