About the museum
Museo Radico, opened in 2013 in Rigoli in the municipality of San Giuliano Terme, collects tools and objects linked to farm work and everyday life in the countryside of the Pisa area.
The route is organised into six thematic sections, each associated with a dominant colour. It tells the story of the people who shaped the landscape, cultivated the land and gave form to local culture, with particular attention to the work needed to produce food and to care for the land. The museum also offers educational activities.
