About the museum
The Bauska Motor Museum is a branch of the Riga Motor Museum and the largest branch museum dedicated to technology in the Baltics. The exhibition shows rare and unusual examples of cars that were seen on Latvian roads in the 1930s and in the post-war period, as well as an extensive collection of Soviet-era cars.
The museum displays a collection of military vehicles with authentic and well-preserved examples, as well as experimental models of the Riga Bus Factory (RAF). On the second floor of the exhibition hall there is a leisure space for families, and thematic exhibitions and technical creative workshops take place, for example on the bouncing ball and on wind energy.
