About the museum
The Centennial Hall (Hala Stulecia) in Wrocław is a symbol of modernism, designed by the architect Max Berg and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It stands next to Szczytnicki Park on Wielka Wyspa (Great Island), surrounded by the Oder, and forms an ensemble with the Pergola, the Multimedia Fountain, the Iglica (Pylon) and the Wrocław Congress Centre. Its vast spaces attract the largest sporting and artistic events, trade fairs and congresses.
Visits to the hall take place through the Visitor Centre, the tourist gateway to the building. It is an interactive, multimedia exhibition with touch screens and maps, film and sound recordings, and two tours in virtual reality. During them you can learn about the architect himself, look into areas not normally open to visitors and see a panorama of the complex from above.
The combined ticket also allows entry to the interior of the Centennial Hall, provided the hall is not occupied by an event. The venue is managed by the Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Hala Ludowa company.
