About the museum
The Musée La Maison Hénaff opened in 2007 to mark the company's centenary. It is set up in Pouldreuzic, in the former farm of the founder, Jean Hénaff, where the canning business began.
The route is organized into several spaces and tells, step by step, the story of the cannery, its products and the Pays bigouden. It draws on documents, films, photographs, testimonies and period tools kept since 1907.
The museum also honors the founder's descendants, who maintained the tradition while renewing the recipes. Children have a special mission during the visit, in which they carry out their own investigation.
