About the museum
The Kettererhaus is named after its last private owner, the blacksmith Ketterer. The half-timbered building shows construction forms of the 17th century; the exact year of construction is not known.
Today it houses the local history museum of the municipality of Biberach. The exhibition deals with life in the countryside: work, living, customs and clubs, along with a collection of historic toys.
