About the museum

The Centro Pecci in Prato is a contemporary art museum founded in 1988 and named after Luigi Pecci. The complex comprises exhibition spaces, a cinema, a library with an archive of over 60,000 volumes, a play area and a restaurant with bistro.

The centre's collection is presented through the project “Eccentrica. Le collezioni del Centro Pecci”, a selection of significant works on display until 2 January 2030. The centre also hosts exhibitions, educational activities, film screenings and initiatives for families.

Because of works on the façade, the entrance has temporarily been moved to the bistro, which can be reached from the outdoor arena.
