About the museum
The Varázskapu Óvodamúzeum (Magic Gate Kindergarten Museum) is one of the stations of the Bonyhád museum trail; it was set up in 2005 by Mihályné Markovics. The exhibition presents the history of the town’s kindergartens from 1882: old objects, documents, photographs and a toy collection. The display is interactive: the objects are not behind glass, and visitors can handle and try them out.
