About the museum
The Collezione Caffè Cagliari was opened in 2009 to mark the centenary of the Modena company Caffè Cagliari, founded in 1909. The museum is dedicated to professional coffee machines and is regarded by the company as one of the most complete collections in the world.
The collection documents the stylistic and technological development of espresso machines, both professional and for domestic use, and allows visitors to see for themselves how they have changed over time.
On the dedicated website the company has announced a new museum in a new location, with a richer collection and a more immersive visiting experience. Visits take place on request or during special openings, such as the one for International Coffee Day, when admission was free by reservation.
