The themes include “A Oliveira e a Civilização” (The Olive Tree and Civilisation), “A Oliveira em Portugal” (The Olive Tree in Portugal), “Olivais da Cova da Beira” (Olive Groves of the Cova da Beira), the ecological importance of the olive grove, the annual cycle of olive cultivation and oil production, and an introduction to the technology of the Belmonte olive press.
