A small mining museum at the start of the Poráčska dolina (Poráč Valley), run since 2018 by Tovarišstvo Poráčskeho baníctva. The visit includes an explanation of the mining objects, exhibits in front of the building and access to a nearby adit.

About the museum
The museum was opened by Tovarišstvo Poráčskeho baníctva on 8 September 2018 in the former Zelená chata (Green Cabin) in front of the Pavol adit. It presents the mining history of the Poráč area, above all the extraction of copper and iron ore, and is linked to the Poráčsky banícky chodník (Poráč Mining Trail), where technical monuments have been preserved.

The museum stands at the start of the Poráč Valley by the Pavol adit, where the Poráč Mining Trail begins. A bus runs to Poráč; from there it is about 2 km on foot along the red trail marker to the starting point.
