About the museum
Störlinge Lantbruks & Motormuseum (agricultural and engine museum) is located in the village of Störlinge on eastern Öland. The museum shows objects linked to rural life from the early 1800s onwards.
The collection includes engines of many kinds, from classic cars to tractors, motorcycles, mopeds and toys, but also everyday objects used in the home, at workplaces and in farming. The first tractor in the collection is a McCormick V6 from 1946. Among the smaller objects is a Stower engine of 6 hp, an engine type made 1915–1923.
There is a café at the museum, and in summer a flea market (loppis) is held on some Sundays. At Ölands skördefest (Öland harvest festival) in autumn the museum is open for several days.
