About the museum
The small gallery was founded in the 1970s by Jiří Valoch and J. H. Kocman. At the time it was one of the few places where it was possible to exhibit. To this day it is located in the grounds of the Veterinary Research Institute in Brno-Medlánky.
The gallery has no permanent exhibition. It holds changing exhibitions, each lasting four to six weeks. They are intended both for staff of the institute and students of the university, who have access to the premises all day, and for visitors from outside. Display panels and lighting are provided for the exhibited works; the institute publishes a plan of them on its website.
