About the museum

Tuuletorn is a 29-metre-high experience centre in the settlement of Käina. The centre is a bit of a museum, a bit of a science centre and a bit of a playground. The building houses the highest indoor climbing wall in the Baltic states, 20 metres high, the RUUDI café, a gift shop and a bowling hall.

Permanent exhibition

• Püsiekspositsioon „Vaikne saar, suured elamused“ – On six floors the underwater world of Hiiumaa, its coast, the stories of the islanders, the feeling of Hiiumaa, the sky and the winds are presented; visitors can make their own weather and listen to the song of the wind.
