About the museum
Sepän torppa in Kodisjoki was the home of the blacksmith Isak Grundström (1842–1921) and his family. The house, a summer site of Rauma Museum, presents everyday objects, craft supplies and musical instruments in the living room. In one room a local shoemaker’s workshop has been staged.
The village of Kodisjoki has two museums: the Sepän torppa and the old grain storehouse beside Kodisjoki church, which houses a local heritage museum. The Sepän torppa is maintained by the City of Rauma.
