About the museum

The flagship of the heritage centre is a continuously renewed permanent exhibition on the history and present of peacekeeping and crisis management. The basis of the exhibition is the collection gathered over decades by multiple-tour peacekeeping veteran Ismo Flink, covering all the operations in which Finnish peacekeepers have taken part.

The museum has a museum shop as well as a café and restaurant, and the premises also offer accommodation and meeting rooms. The RUK-museo is at the same junction.

• Rauhanturvaamisen ja kriisinhallinnan perusnäyttely – The nationwide exhibition tells of the operations of Finnish peacekeepers and of the history and present of crisis management.
