About the museum
The TájVízHáz exhibition was created by the Körös-vidéki Vízügyi Igazgatóság (Körös Region Water Directorate); it presents the Körös landscape, its waters and natural values, as well as spa bathing and folk healing, in an entertaining and engaging way. Visitors can use traditional and modern exhibition elements and multimedia tools to take a balloon journey over the region of the Körös rivers, take part in the trial of a javasasszony (folk healer), glimpse the atmosphere of old public baths and get to know the world of the Ottoman-era baths. Small conferences and temporary exhibitions also take place in the presentation house.
