About the museum
The museum was created by the Aceto family, owners of the company Amalfi Lemon Trading, which has worked the lemons of the Amalfi Coast for generations. It is located in premises adjoining the processing workshop, in the Valle dei Mulini, along Via delle Cartiere.
The collection is rich in tools that represent the history of the local rural and craft world. The route is divided into sections by trade and includes, among other things, containers and instruments for weighing and packing lemons. According to the description in the regional directory, it shows the sacrifices and hardships of the farmers and craftspeople who bequeathed the world we know today.
The company offers educational and experience visits to its premises and to its cultivated land, which include the museum.
