About the museum
The Pinacoteca internazionale dell'età evolutiva Aldo Cibaldi, known as PInAC, is a collection of drawings by girls and boys from around the world, started in the 1950s by Aldo Cibaldi. The works were gathered over time through cooperation with schools, bodies and associations, and are today kept in Rezzato, in the province of Brescia, by the PInAC Foundation.
The collection includes over 8,300 drawings from 83 countries: a body of children's expression that, according to the foundation, has no equal in Italy or Europe. The works are the subject of study and research and at the same time become occasions for meeting the public.
In addition to thematic exhibitions, the museum offers workshops and creative routes led by artists for children and teenagers, training courses for teachers and educators on aesthetic and intercultural education, and meetings for families and adults. In 2021 the foundation received the Premio Andersen as a leading figure in children's culture.
