About the museum
The centre is dedicated to the playwright Alejandro Casona, a member of the Generation of ’27 and born in Bisuyu (Besullo). It occupies the village’s former schools.
The ground floor presents the history, traditions, ethnography and architecture of Besullo. The upper floor traces the life and work of Casona in chronological order, with original objects belonging to the author and the influence of his native village on his work. Guided tours of the rural hamlet of Besullo set out from the centre.
