About the museum
The Real Sociedad museum opened its doors on 7 September 2009, the day the club turned one hundred years old since its founding. It is located in the Anoeta stadium, now called Reale Arena, in San Sebastián.
The permanent exhibition brings together holdings of the club itself and collections from individuals and institutions in about 400 square metres, with a very visual presentation. Although most of the space is devoted to football, the club's other sports sections are also represented.
The route is organised into several areas: the club's history through re-creations of the three grounds where it has played (Ondarreta, Atotxa and Anoeta), the fans' ramp with a large mosaic of photographs, the anthems of La Real, the fans' area with membership cards, tickets and collectible stickers, the space devoted to La Real in Europe, the trophy room and the area on the club's other sports sections.
