About the museum
The Hajdúszoboszló Géptár (machinery collection) is the result of the work of an individual collector, József Mogyorós. The exhibition presents old technical, transport and agricultural objects: restored oldtimer cars, old motorcycles and bicycles, tractors, stationary engines (locomobiles), as well as horse-drawn equipment and other everyday objects.
Among the exhibits are vehicle rarities, which were saved from scrapping and remelting thanks to deliberate collecting. Several machines are still in working order, so the veteran vehicles can also be hired.
