About the museum
A stone-built forge (kohó) adjoins the workshop; its door was branded with barrel and livestock-stamp irons, and the holes drilled in the beam and the horseshoe nails are visible. The rather neglected building was restored to its original form by the Országos Műemléki Felügyelőség (National Monuments Office) in 1964.
