About the museum
The Museo del Castello di Formigine is a historical and archaeological museum housed in the centuries-old castle in the centre of the town, in Piazza Calcagnini d’Este. The museum is paired with a documentation centre.
The visit combines a collection of finds from the local area with a multimedia display. The project was conceived by Studio Azzurro, with scientific direction by the Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia.
The museum also offers educational activities.
