About the museum
The exhibition theme of the centre is the glacier. A stylised relief map of the regional park stretches across the ceiling, recalling the landscape left by the last Ice Age, while motifs of stones and lichens create a natural atmosphere.
Visitors learn about the nature and culture of the park: the Samogitian dialect, traditional architecture and archaeological heritage. In the interactive game visitors can shape the landscape themselves, get to know the natural objects of the park and learn about boulders, and test their strength by “squeezing” a stone.
