About the museum
The museum was founded in 2012 on the initiative of enthusiasts and collectors of military vehicles, as part of the private Fort Marian project in Malechowo run by Marian Laskowski. The museum is looked after by the association “Tytan”, whose aim is to create and develop a museum of technology and military technology.
The collection includes military vehicles from the Second World War and later periods, including the T-55AM Merida tank, an American REO truck, artillery, command and engineering vehicles, off-road and cargo vehicles, and a collection of motorcycles. These are complemented by weapons, equipment and uniforms, as well as agricultural machinery.
On the fort grounds you can also see remains of former German structures, including fragments of the largest steel bunker for testing ammunition. Fort Marian also runs a vehicle restoration workshop and organises themed events.
