About the museum
The Jutrosin Land Museum opened in August 2002 on the initiative of regional enthusiasts linked with the Collectors' Club “Jutrosza” and the Society of Friends of the Jutrosin Land. It is housed in the premises of the John Paul II School Complex at ul. Wrocławska.
The collections consist of memorabilia connected with the history of the town and municipality: former everyday objects, photographs and documents, architectural elements, sculptures and paintings, uniforms and decorations, folk costumes and agricultural tools. Most of the exhibits come from donations by residents, collectors and sponsors.
In addition to the permanent exhibition, the museum organises temporary exhibitions and takes part in local events, including the Museum Night (Noc Muzeów).
