About the museum
Dom Trenta (Trenta House) is the central information and education centre of the Triglav National Park in the Soča valley. It offers visitors a multivision presentation of the park and several exhibitions on the nature of Trenta, its environment and the people who live in it, including living and non-living nature and the cultural landscape. According to tourist sources, a museum collection and a photo projection can also be seen.
The centre is run by the Triglav National Park, so alongside the exhibitions it is a good starting point for planning a visit to the park. The Tolminski muzej (Tolmin Museum) lists it among the collections that it runs or professionally supervises, as an ethnological collection in the TNP house in Trenta.
