Limited operations. Open only on the days in the official Dinópolis calendar; in 2026, until and including 2 November. The venue reopened on 28 February 2026 with a renewed exhibition.

About the museum

Galve is considered the cradle of Spanish palaeontology: the first dinosaur in Spain, the sauropod Aragosaurus ischiaticus, was described here. Legendark is the Territorio Dinópolis network venue in this Teruel municipality, one of the towns in the province of Teruel with palaeontological finds of international importance.

The venue closed during the 2025 season to renew its museum content and reopened on 28 February 2026, at the start of the new season. The new exhibition is organized in two major periods: the Late Jurassic, with original fossils and replicas of Aragosaurus ischiaticus and a skeletal reconstruction of a life-size Allosaurus, and the Early Cretaceous, with a sculpture of Iguanodon galvensis more than nine metres long, models of spinosaurids, large fossils and a replica of Hypsilophodon.

The route is completed by a totem showing the geological time scale, backlit murals on the palaeoenvironments of Galve, interactive modules on fossil preparation, augmented reality replicas and a display case with the small animals that lived alongside the dinosaurs.
