About the museum
At the end of the 1980s a few teachers at Stora Segerstad Natural Resources Centre (naturbrukscentrum) began repairing an old Ford tractor together with the students. The work has continued every winter, and through the voluntary efforts of staff and students a large number of older machines have been gathered into a veteran tractor museum at the farm.
Today there are about 35 tractors in the museum, and the oldest is from the 1920s. The tractors are shown to the public on site, and they are started and driven at special school activities and sometimes at ploughing competitions for veteran tractors.
