About the museum

The Mobilis Interactive Experience Centre stands in Győr, next to Széchenyi István University, in the green zone beside the dead arm of the Mosoni Danube. The centre aims to present scientific phenomena and the world of digital technologies in an experiential way, through equipment visitors can try out, to children, families, school groups and university students.

The building houses, among other things, an interactive exhibition space, a robotics attraction area, a digital creative workshop, a student lab, a 120-seat grandstand and the Digital Experience Centre (MobilITy). Visitors can try more than fifty interactive games on physics and motion, and outdoors the further games of the Okos Park (Smart Park) await them. Guided programmes include spectacular experimental demonstrations, thematic sessions, family days and astronomy shows.

Mobilis also offers educational support sessions, special-interest clubs, career-orientation days and a FabLab service for university students. Its virtual experiences include a racing-car simulator, VR goggles and an escape room.

Admission & discounts

The ticket price includes participation in the current sessions, use of the interactive exhibition space, the robotics attraction area and the Okos Park, and access to the Campus Tour – QR-code game. The wristband entitles you to entry for the whole day, and you may leave the building in between. Payment is possible by bank card, with Hungary Card and SZÉP card (OTP, K&H). School programmes for groups are available only during the school term, with advance registration.

By car: from the signal-controlled roundabout on Szent István út, take road 14 towards the Széchenyi Bridge, or come from the Petőfi Bridge and follow the signs marked “Mobilis”.

Available to rent, among others, are the 120-seat grandstand (HUF 60,000 + VAT per hour), the Audi teaching lab (34 people), the digital workshop, the robotics attraction area and the digital activity room; also suitable for receptions, workshops, conferences, corporate events and wedding ceremonies.
