About the museum
The LUDUS museum in Sezze holds about 400 toys from popular tradition: flutes, animal traps, dolls, spinning tops, little boats and many other objects that children of the past built from simple materials. The toys are presented in a playful and educational way, with their names in dialect, and visitors can play with them, so that the visit becomes an animated experience and a moment of growth for young people and for those who accompany them.
Next to the museum is a workshop where the construction of toys is taught and demonstrated. The museum is a frequent destination for schools and records a considerable number of visitors each year; educational activities and guided tours are offered.
