About the museum
The Pinacoteca civica di Montelupone is named after Corrado Pellini and is housed in the Palazzetto del Podestà, on Piazza del Comune in the historic centre of the town. It opened on 27 June 1998.
The works on display come from religious institutions, public collections and private donors. The collection documents artistic life in Montelupone and includes works made for the local community as well as works by artists closely linked to the town.
The gallery is part of the cultural offer of the municipality, which also includes the Museo Storico Fotografico, housed in the 18th-century Palazzo Bordoni, and the Museo Demo-Antropologico d’Arte e Mestieri Antichi “Germano Fraticelli”.
