About the museum
Arnolds Kannibalmuseum lies outside Önneköp in Hörby Municipality and is run by the adventurer Arnold Wernersson. He has visited around 180 countries and is a member of the 100-klubben (the 100 Club), whose members have all been in more than a hundred countries.
During his travels through jungles in Africa and South America and on islands in the South Seas he has collected cult objects and practical, sometimes unusual tools from distant peoples, among them cannibal tribes and Pygmy peoples. The objects are shown in the museum, and Arnold himself tells about them and about his encounters with the people.
Visits take place by appointment. On site there is also a shop with curiosities and ceramics, and Arnold has published a book with travel memories and photographs from his journeys.
