Naturum Söderåsen

About the museum

Naturum Söderåsen is the national park's visitor centre at the Skäralid entrance to Söderåsen National Park. It works as a gateway to nature and is run by the County Administrative Board of Skåne together with the national park's administration. The staff answer questions about the national park, the trails and the nature of the area.

The exhibition highlights hidden nature and lets visitors get to know mosses, small creatures and much more. In the experience room there are activities such as a video microscope, craft tables and an interactive wall. Visitors can borrow materials to explore the national park on their own, for example an explorer's backpack, and around Skärdammen there is a self-correcting quiz trail.
